These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Ultracare LLC’s website, products, and services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with Ultracare LLC (“Ultracare”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company & Billing Information

Ultracare LLC is a manufacturer and supplier of tissue and hygiene products based in the United Arab Emirates.

Billing & Invoicing Notice

All billing, invoicing, and financial transactions related to products and services provided by Ultracare LLC shall be issued and processed under its parent company:

Link Supplies General Trading LLC

While Ultracare LLC is responsible for the manufacture, supply, and delivery of products, invoices, receipts, and payment records will reflect Link Supplies General Trading LLC as the billing entity.

2. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use it only for lawful purposes

• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems

• Not reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without prior written permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

3. Products & Services

All product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product supplied.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are considered confirmed only after written confirmation or issuance of an official invoice.

Ultracare LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

5. Pricing, Billing & Payments

• All prices are stated in AED unless otherwise specified

• Prices may exclude VAT unless stated

• VAT will be applied in accordance with UAE regulations

Billing Entity

All invoices and payment requests will be issued by Link Supplies General Trading LLC, the parent company of Ultracare LLC.

Payments must be made strictly as per the details and timelines mentioned on the invoice. Failure to make timely payment may result in delayed delivery, suspension, or cancellation of orders.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics availability.

Ultracare LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of hygiene and tissue products:

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items

• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Custom-printed or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks, designs, logos, content, and materials, are the property of Ultracare LLC or its licensors.

Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultracare LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the value of the products supplied under the relevant invoice.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultracare LLC and Link Supplies General Trading LLC against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Breach of these Terms

• Misuse of products or services

• Violation of applicable laws

11. Force Majeure

Neither Ultracare LLC nor Link Supplies General Trading LLC shall be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

13. Amendments

Ultracare LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication.
